Open windows and doors when weather permits, and use exhaust fans in kitchens and bathrooms. 💡 Control Humidity: Use a dehumidifier in damp areas like basements and bathrooms, and use exhaust fans when cooking or showering to reduce moisture buildup. 💡 Minimize Indoor Pollutants: Use low-VOC or VOC-free products, such as paints, cleaning agents, and building materials. They can penetrate deep into our lungs, causing respiratory issues and other health problems. 🧪 Ground-level Ozone (O3): When pollutants from cars, factories, and other sources react chemically in sunlight, they contribute to forming smog. This can trigger asthma attacks, worsen lung diseases, and lower air quality. 🧪 Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2): This gas mainly comes from cars, power plants, and industrial facilities.
