Our Little City team is making waves in the fight for fair wages for our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Check out this feature in the Daily Herald showcasing the voices of DSPs Rosalind Wakefield and James Sitati, along with our Director of Government Relations, Samantha Alloway, and CEO Rich Bobby. Their dedication is driving our push for a $3 per hour wage increase. With just three weeks left in the legislative session, we're championing those who stand for others every single day! https://lnkd.in/gbAZHprt

As part of Teacher Appreciation Week, Little City celebrates all the amazing Paraprofessionals and Related Services staff who make our school go! Our incredible team helps students reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. Whether it responding to a child in crisis, de-escalating behaviors before they start or simply lending a hand by giving extra attention when a student needs assistance, the Paraprofessionals and Related Services staff of Little City go above and beyond every day. Nothing is more important than the safety of students and staff and this team creates that safe and supportive environment for optimal learning every single day. Thank you to our incredible team!
