On April 23, 2023, Delaware became the 22nd state to legalize adult-use marijuana. On May 1, 2024, the Office of the Marijuana Commissioner (OMC) published proposed rules that will govern the new industry. Partner Richard Forsten has been selected to serve on the Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) Executive Committee for the 2025-26 term. The Executive Committee of the DSBA serves as the Board of Directors for the bar association and oversees the finances and operations of the nonprofit organization, voting on measures to improve the association and developing measures required for furthering the mission of DSBA.
